Thank you so much for demonstrating your wonderful service in such a professional manner. From meeting up in the terminal, being taken through to air side and the bus to the aircraft, all was presented in excellent style.
Much praise must also go to Kim whose cool yet friendly manner puts everyone at ease, keeping us well informed of the places of interest and the manoeuvres he is carrying out during the flight, even taking us round for a better look from a different angle when needed.
The aircraft is also a delight! So much more comfortable and quiet then ones I have flown on before. All in all, the best experience I have had since I came to the islands. I really recommend this trip as a must for anyone who comes to see the islands.
All the very best for the future of your operations in Malta and I will keep in touch and look forward to seeing you again very soon.
